I still don't have the body I had thirty years ago, but I'm getting closer. Instead of 42" pants, I wear 36". To date, I have lost 40 pounds. It appears that I will never completely lose the double chin I created, but again, I'm concentrating more on how I feel than how I look.
Now, this series isn't about weight loss. But I felt it necessary to explain how I became so involved in fitness; and with so much advice flying around about health and fitness, it is only natural to question one's credentials.
