Fitness isn't for everyone. It's only for those who want to feel better, officiate better, and avoid injuries.

The rest of you should log off now, get out the chips and bean dip, hit the couch, and turn on the TV. Those of you still with me should join me inside as we begin to take a look at fitness and how it "bene-fits" officials.

NFHS Supports Government Guidelines
for disabled student athletes
